Reformer  Pilates

Reformer Foundations

Level: Beginner

This is where Pilates makes sense. Reformer Foundations prioritizes breath, alignment, control, and strength, helping you build the foundation for a safe and effective practice. While this class is perfect for beginners, don't mistake "foundations" for easy—mastering the basics is often where the greatest challenge and growth happen. Through clear instruction, thoughtful progressions, and intentional movement, you'll develop a deeper understanding of Pilates while strengthening your entire body. We focus on core connection, proper posture, spinal support, hip and shoulder stability, and movement patterns that help you move better both in and out of the studio. Expect a full-body workout that sneaks up on you and leaves you feeling stronger, more connected, and more confident on the reformer.

Reformer All Levels

Level: Open / All Levels

This is where your foundation comes to life. Reformer All Levels builds on the core principles of Pilates with more dynamic transitions, layered movement patterns, and increased opportunities to challenge your strength, balance, coordination, and endurance. Expect continuous movement, less explanation, and more time spent flowing through thoughtfully designed sequences that keep both your body and mind engaged. We'll incorporate unilateral work, balance challenges, and full-body strength to help you move with greater confidence and control. This class is designed for those who are familiar with the reformer and ready to build upon the fundamentals while still honoring proper form and technique. Expect to sweat smarter, move intentionally, and leave feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Reformer Intermediate

Level: Intermediate

This class is designed for those who are fluent in Pilates and ready for a more advanced, athletic-style reformer experience. Movement is faster, transitions are sharper, and the expectation is that you already understand the system and can move confidently without step-by-step instruction. You’ll work with heavier springs, quicker changes, and more complex sequences that demand precision, control, and coordination under pressure. Cueing is minimal and intentional, allowing you to stay connected to your body and the work without constant breakdown. Expect an athletic pace, strong mind-muscle connection, and a challenging full-body workout that requires focus, stamina, and familiarity with the reformer.
