  • What should I bring with me?

    Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle. If you do not have a mat, we have a limited number available on a first come basis. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely, and feel free to bring a friend along too. Pilates is always more fun when you move and grow stronger together.

  • What makes Pilates different from other workouts?

    Pilates is about more than just exercise. It is about building strength, confidence, and connection with your body. The focus on intentional movement helps women feel strong, capable, and empowered in their everyday lives.

  • Is Pilates good for busy moms or women with full schedules?

    Yes. Pilates is a powerful way to reconnect with your body and give yourself time to recharge. Even a short class can help you feel stronger, more energized, and more grounded.

  • How often should I take Pilates classes?

    Even one class a week can make a difference. Many women find that attending two to three times a week helps them build strength and confidence even faster. The most important thing is consistency and listening to your body.

  • What should I wear to class?

    Wear comfortable, form fitting clothing that allows you to move freely, such as leggings, athletic shorts, or a fitted workout top. Our classes are done barefoot or with grippy socks, which helps improve balance and connection with your movements. Most importantly, wear something that makes you feel confident and comfortable so you can focus on enjoying the class.

  • Are the classes beginner friendly?

    Yes! Many women come to their first class with no experience at all. Our instructors provide guidance and modifications so everyone can feel comfortable and supported.
